“I started seeing Judith to help me with a chronic muscular skeletal pain condition, and the stress of aging parents and teenage children! My first appointment was for some Reiki and then decided to combine that with some counselling too. Judith was so gentle and understanding that I always felt comfortable even though talking openly is something I found quite strange and difficult. Having had a few sessions of the combined therapies we discussed the possibility of trying a Rainbow Illumination Healing. Judith explained clearly and gently what this would entail and having listened to her description of the Illumination and the various forms that it would take, her interest and genuine belief intrigued me and I duly agreed to give it a try. I arrived for my treatment and was slightly anxious but excited too and while we sat down to discuss the Rainbow Illumination again and what I should expect, I felt ready to start...

I lay down on the couch and felt at ease and relaxed Judith said that she would guide me all the way and she did. For me, the idea was that I set the intention that the heavy, blocked energy from an area of my body was sent into the sacred stones and then given up to the atmosphere to disperse. The sacred stones were laid down the front of my body along the chakras and with the help of Judith I was guided to look and feel where parts of my body felt that they needed some release, relief or attention. I didn't feel self conscious as I thought I would and any worry was instantly dispelled when Judith was willing to work with me on whatever level I felt was right for me. If I didn't want to speak out loud then I merely set the intent in my mind to myself, to release the heavy energy. Judith used a number of sacred items which were all really beautiful: feathers, leaves, shakers, drum, sacred stones and tree bells , they were used with great respect both to themselves and to me and they were used to either tap or draw out any of the heavy energy which was no longer of any use to me. Judith then blew beautiful rainbow light into my whole body - replacing the expelled heavy energy....it was beautiful.
