Running parallel to my business career, I have invested time and effort in developing my own life skills. Caring very much about people, I have always been very interested in the way we live and experience our lives.

In 1994, I qualified as a psychodynamic counsellor, having trained for 4 years. I followed this by working ‘one to one’ with clients at a locally based counselling centre.

In 2004, I trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki and I am now qualified to second degree level.

This system is the traditional and original form of Reiki. My lineage is strong and undiluted, being only 7th in line from Reiki’s originator, Dr Mikao Usui.

I use Reiki on a daily basis and I have a true experience of how it is a great healer. I regularly receive additional training to further my own development and healing skills.

All this training and experience go together to create my holistic form of natural healing – Healing-Inspiration.
